Initial Cleaning
- Restores your home to an easier, maintenance level of clean.
- Tackles long-term, hard-to-reach, dust, dirt, smudges, smears, grime, and gunk.
- Clean all surfaces as tall as can be reached with a 2 step step-ladder
-Treats caked on mold, mildew, and soap scum in the bathrooms
- Utilizes a long extendable duster for ceiling fans and cobwebs
- Requires heavy-duty cleaning tools, stools, and supplies

On-Going Maintenance House Cleaning

- On-going Bi-weekly or Monthly service.

Cleaning Checklist
Common Areas & Bedrooms
- Remove Cobwebs
- Dust Ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Dust air vents
- Dust baseboards & doors
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Dust windowsills and blinds
- Dusting of all tops, sides, and front of furniture, shelves, and items.
- Clean glass doors inside and outside
- Remove all garbage and reline trash cans
- Tidy room appearance
- Make all beds (linen service is available as an add-on)
- Remove pet hair from upholstery
- Vacuum all floors
- Wash all floors
Bathroom Cleaning
- Bathtubs scrubbed and wiped clean
- Shower and shower doors scrubbed and wiped clean
- Mirrors cleaned
- Sink and counter tops scrubbed, sanitized, and wiped clean
-Countertop items wiped down
-Bottom cabinet exterior wiped down
- Scrub and sanitize top, bottom, behind, and inside toilet
- Fixtures polished
Kitchen/Dining/Utility Room Cleaning
- Scrub and sanitize sink and counter tops
- Countertop items wiped down
- Clean exterior of small counter top appliances
- Bottom cabinet/drawer exteriors wiped down
- Clean refrigerator/oven/dishwasher exterior
- Top of range hood dusted and de-greased as needed
- Stove scrubbed & wiped cleaned
- Stove grates/oven knobs scrubbed clean
- Clean inside/outside of microwave
- Dining room table and chairs wiped down
- Washer and dryer unit tops & fronts wiped down
