Our "Maintenance Cleans" are here to help maintain that fantastic WOW of the "Deep Clean"
Cleaning process throughout all areas:
* Cobwebs removed with high duster
* Ceiling fans, light fixtures, and air vents dusted with high duster
* Window blinds, locks, and sills dusted
* Dusting with a solution on a microfiber towel - our goal is to remove dust, not just move it. (A dry dusting on electronics, of course.) - Furniture included but not limited to bed stands, nightstands, end tables, bookshelves, desks, coffee tables, and entertainment centers. All shelves and picture frames must be reachable with a 2-step stepladder to be dusted.
* Glass mirrors cleaned if reachable and sturdy
* Spot clean glass office doors and inside/outside front door
* Dust baseboards
* Tidy beds - or change the sheets if clean linens are left out for us (excluding top bunks or loft beds for safety reasons)
* Empty all trash cans and re-line baskets
* Utility room cleaned (top, fronts, and sides of washer and dryer)
* Vacuum floors (reaching as far as possible under beds and under small/medium rugs)
* Vacuum outside of upholstered furniture in living room
* Vacuum and/or mop stairway
* Mop hard floors with a new and fresh mop head for each room
Kitchen/eat-in area:
*Spot clean outside of cabinets and drawers
*Get those pesky cobwebs that grow on the kick board
*Spot clean back splash with extra attention to high use areas
*Move items on the counter to clean into the corners and wipe those items down before replacing them
*Wipe down small counter top appliances
*Clean inside and outside of microwave
*Wipe down outside of large appliances and polish stainless steel with oil if necessary
*Wipe inside and outside of stove hood
*Disassemble stove top to clean grates thoroughly in the sink
*Scrub and clean stove top, polishing to finish
*Scrub and disinfect sink, polishing if applicable
*Clean glass doors inside and outside in eat-in area
*Scrub and disinfect table, chairs, and chair legs
Bathrooms:
*Shake out and remove bathmats (vacuum if possible)
*Scrub tub/shower, disinfect, and dry out
*Clean shower glass doors if applicable
*Toilet cleaned thoroughly and disinfected inside and outside including wiping surrounding floors and baseboards
*Clean mirror with streak-free solution
*Sink and counter cleaned - moving items to clean underneath them
*A careful consideration of your toothbrushes - our cleaner is nontoxic, but it doesn't taste fantastic so we're careful about over-spray
*Spot clean outside of cabinets and drawers
*Vacuum and then hand wash floors by hand
If you have been with us for over 6 months we will start to come in and give a deeper clean twice a year (once in the Spring and once in the Fall). This will include wet-washing all of the woodwork that doesn't get washed during maintenance cleans (baseboards, window sills, doors, and door frames). And re-washing your window blinds or light fixtures for stuck on spots that may have accumulated. This will be at no additional cost to you, it's just done as a thank you for being such a loyal client to us.
